Are you missing Ultimate Body Smackdown, and ready for another round? How about a more easily digestible, bite-sized version? “20 Smackaroos” is designed to give you the feel of a full-body Smackdown class, at a fraction of the time and cost. The best part is that you can do these workouts at home whenever you want!
“Push-up” through the holidays and “power-jack” across the finish line to 2019 with a daily 20 minute workout that is guided by Cassie Drew. All you need is a theraband, some floor space, and a little motivation to make time for this simple routine. Each day’s workout will be different, and you will have visual and auditory cues to help make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. And at only $1 per day, it won’t even break your bank account this holiday season!
It’s a busy time of year, but that’s no excuse not to take care of your body and do something good that’s all for you. Take a 20 minute break from your family to get a little movement in, or better yet, get your whole family in on the action!
Registration is open now. Classes start December 10th, and end January 4th.
(Classes will be sent Monday-Friday, and you have the weekends off! If you miss a class during the week, you can make them up on the weekends.)
