"I have been to numerous fitness classes and some acro classes offered by Cassie. The classes are highly fun and effective. I've always gotten a good workout, and sometimes I get one heck of a workout that leaves me with that "hurt so good" experience. I know that she puts a lot of time into planning her classes and strives to make sure that they are appropriate for the varying levels of the participants who are there. The fitness classes are awesome for getting me to push myself harder than I would on my own; and I'm happy that we go out for tacos afterwards.
I've also had some personal training from Cassie to learn new skills in acrobatics and movement. She's definitely a highly trained instructor with years of experience in coaching and teaching, and it shows. Highly recommend."
