10 Minutes a day for 30 days. Are you game? 


Are you sitting at home during quarantine with all of the gyms closed and no motivation to work out? This challenge is designed to get you up and moving right in your own home. It only requires 10 minutes a day, a little bit of floor and wall space, and items that you can find around the house. There is a daily video where Cassie will demo all of the exercises you will use, and a written plan so you can see what the workout is each day.
