Ultimate Body Fitness is a fun, unique, ALL-LEVELS fitness class where you get to choose how hard you push yourself.  Each class offers you opportunities to test yourself through endurance games and strength exercises, as well as provides you with a safe and fun way to train.  Cassie provides the framework and gives detailed instruction on each exercise, so even those with little fitness experience can join, while fitness pros will also feel pushed.  Activities will rely heavily on using your own body weight, with some exercises using resistance bands (provided in class). You will also get post workout stretching and recovery exercises to help you integrate your workout and keep your body healthy.

Bring:
-A pair of tennis shoes or any shoes that you are comfortable moving in
-A yoga mat or blanket- we do some exercises where we sit in the grass
-A water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel (if you get sweaty and want to dry off)
-If you have resistance bands that you like, bring them with you
